Now showing in our window...

Sherry strikes again! This time she's made a hoodie out of Blue Sky Alpaca Silk (50/50 Alpaca and Silk) with gorgeous crochet lace edging. The light weight hood looks lovely when down, like a large, graceful collar. This is a single pattern from Blue Sky calling for a combination of knit & crochet skills. We have the yarn and pattern in stock.

Are you a crocheter looking for a new challenge? Filatura di Crosa has just put out a wonderful Superior Crochet booklet with delicate, lacy crochet patterns for their Superior yarn (70% cashmere 30% silk). This yarn is as light as a cobweb, and the airy, delicate patterns do it justice. This is summer crocheting at its best, and most of the patterns only take 2 balls of yarn.

The Knit Kit has arrived! It's a whole ditty bag in a compact case, with a folding pair of scissors, a measuring tape, a small crochet hook, a built-in thread cutter & stitch counter, stitch markers & point protectors. Come on in and take a look!
