Now showing in our window...

This is the "Montgomery" sweater from the Louisa Harding Wildspur booklet, knitted by Ellen. The yarn is one strand of Grace silk/wool and one strand of La Salute Quattro mohair/nylon held together. Individually these are two beautiful yarns, but worked together they produce a knitted fabric with a lot of subtle color and a very soft hand. We have the yarn and the pattern in the shop.

PS. If you're thinking of coming to the "Where's Joe?" Roadshow on Wednesday, April 8, better hurry up and get your ticket. We have fewer than 10 left!

PPS. Ever wonder how to do double knitting? We've added a new workshop Demystify Double Knitting, taught by Barbara. You have two options for taking the class: Sunday, April 26 or Sunday, May 17 (3:30-5:30). The cost is $25.
