Next Saturday, June 13, Fresh Purls will be celebrating World Wide Knit in Public Day, which was a hit last year. The motivation for this event is "...knitting is such a solitary act that it’s easy to knit alone somewhere and sink into your work without thinking about all the other knitters out there." Let's stand up (or sit down) and be counted! Last year we colonized the sidewalk in front of the shop for a little out-and-proud needle-flashing, and we're going to do it again this year. Come by any time during shop hours, 10-4:30, and join us!
