Fresh Purls Return Policy We cannot accept returns on needles, books, or patterns. Refunds are given on yarn (unless you paid with a debit card) up to 10 days after purchase.
You will receive an in-store credit on returns up to 30 days after purchase.
Yarn MUST be in original condition for a refund. Receipts are required for all exchanges and returns.
Dogs
We are a very pet-friendly shop. All of us working at Fresh Purls simply love dogs. Please feel free to bring your furry friend in with you when you come in to shop. When you do, please keep your pet on his/her leash.
Cell Phones
We all understand the pull of the cell phone and our 24-hour contact society. When visiting the shop please put your cell phone on vibrate and, if you must take or make a call, we do ask that you do so outside the shop so that your conversation can remain private and other customers are not distracted from their shopping. Thank you!
Copying Patterns
We are not able to copy patterns out of books, leaflets, or magazines. It's against copyright law for us to make a copy and give it to you. Sorry!
