Many of our wonderful designers are offering to donate a percentage of their pattern sales to Haiti relief organizations (in some cases 100%!). Probably the simplest way to participate is to go to Ravelry and search in patterns for the tag "Help for Haiti" (requires login). Each designer has his/her own policy regarding donations, which is spelled out on the page for that pattern. For example, Karen purchased this gorgeous Ysolda pattern called the Peaks Island Hood for £3, 80% of which will be donated to Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders) for Haiti relief. It makes you feel good about doing something you're tempted to do, anyway!
