Knit, Crochet, or Both: Knit mostly

Who taught you to knit/crochet?: My grandmother after I begged her when I found a ball of red yarn in her attic.

Other crafts do you do: Sew, smocking, French Handsewing by machine, quilting, and the list goes on... Anything I can get my hands on. I used to teach smocking at a store on Hope Street many years ago. I believe it may have been diagonally across the street from Fresh Purls.

Favorite Yarn: My favorite was Dream in Color Classy in the color November Muse - the color was beautiful and I took the shopkeeper's advice in NOT having to switch between balls while knitting and the color traveled beautifully without variation.

Favorite Color: Blue, Blue, Blue - all blues

Favorite Completed Project: Most recently was the Whale Watch hat! It is the second project that I have done out of the New England Knits book and both have been great!

Best TV show for knitting: I love Criminal Minds, especially when they have a double episode night!
