Great Times at the Mill!

Thanks to the Slater Mill for hosting a wonderful event last weekend. On Sunday the Mill hosted their Fall Fiber event and Fresh Purls was there. It was great to see so many of our friends there, and we made a slew of new friends! And Karen was able to catch up with friend-of-the-shop Gina House, who was there selling her book.

And from what we hear, all who saw them thought that Karen's Zombie BBQ legwarmers were a hoot! Zombie BBQ is a colorway in Lorna's Laces Shepherd Worsted. Becky has already knit a hat in that color... The yarn is so soft and squishy! It's always fun to be a part of the Mill events.
