This winter has been shaping up to be quite the snow-maker. Two major storms already and we're hearing forecasts for another one at the end of this week. Gulp. What is your idea of a perfect snow day? Here are ours (they are remarkably similar):
Helen: The whole family at home hanging out and watching great movies on TV, and Helen knitting on the couch with them while she also reads a book.
Becky: Curled up on the couch under a fleece blanket with a cat snoozing in her lap while she knits, drinks hot chocolate and watches Pride & Prejudice (the BBC version starring Colin Firth!).
Karen: On the couch with her kittty Sabrina watching various movies on Netflix, knitting, and sipping a homemade toffee nut latte.
OK, 'fess up! What's your ideal snow day?

ReplyDeleteOh, more of the same...in my favorite club chair next to the fire, both cats competing for lap space, hot chocolate or mulled wine, and a good WIP in hand. That's a perfect snow day!
